It's funny how i come over to my Sam's place and go like 'Oh, Aye, Hi uncle!' as if i was bloddy surprised to see him at home kind of thing... totally strange. Oh well.. Random thought.


Well erm, I don't really blog about my weekdays don't i? =) I'll do just that after i Ord. Compile the entire 2 years into one entry.. One entry per week's a lil too long for the Army.


Met Ho ting and her boyfriend, Hong Quan (how to spell?) at Suntec for lunch last minute cos everything wasn't confirmed.. so Sam just called and went 'Eh! We'll be meeting Ho ting for lunch at Suntec hor!' -,-" so last minute. But it's not like we had anything planned anyway.
Double Date!! Sort of.. Haha. This is actually the first time i'm hanging out with my girlfriend's friend as a double date thing i realised.. Cos most of the time it's just the both of us, with Kian Gap & Huisia or Ian & Tammy. So yup.. No wonder i felt strange.


The usual stuff.. When guys meet up, they hang out and chat and check stuff out and all.. When girls meet...


They shop..


So that was exactly all 4 of us did for the next few hours after stopping by Kenny Roger's for lunch... Shopped at Suntec and Marina and a little bit at Heeren when we went our own ways. Shop shop shop shop. Checked out Shades, aviators, clothes.. stuffs like that..


Ho ting was going around trying tops together with my girlfriend giving each other advice and all and both Hong Quan and i were like.. okay.. strolling around the shop, occasionally picking up some weird looking accessory, putting it back then and strolling off again round and round the shop.. and if there's a seat? We'll be there.. It's like a universal thing. Seats.. In boutiques.. are meant... for.. bored..boyfriends.. Simple as that.


Ho ting ended up getting a top and Sam ended up getting shades while Hong Quan got mineral water and i... Rotiboy. (See the pattern..?)


Well er, we chatted, erm.. they chatted i mean.. walked around and went off at about 4 or 5 plus.. It's quite an alright meeting considering the fact that i wasn't really awkward in front of her friend and her boyfriend.. It's good luh i guess...


(Sam wants me to add this into the entry) Ho Ting is scary cos' apparently, i went home after book out to Battlefield2 instead of heading down to my girlfriend, Sam's place.. And My girlfriend got a little annoyed at me.. (totally understandable) And Ho ting said sumthn like.. 'If i were you, i'd blow!' O_O! Yup.. (Pats Hong Quan...) But nah, it ain't gonna happen again. =) Top priority!... My girlfriend that is.. not the former.


Both of us then went down to Heeren to get some RipCurl polo t-shirt i saw the other day. Well erm, she insisted she buy it for me cos erm.. buying things for me makes her happy. So okay lor! =) Let her spoil me.. I'ma spoil her on her birthday anyway ma.. (Fore sees her forcing me to say that she's sweet..) Okay.. You're sweet.. But not as sweet as me!


Girlfriend had to work today.. Go over to her blog to read more about what happened.. (http://abyssofinsanity.blogspot.com) Went house hunting after that.. went down to some mainsionette at Sin Ming Blk 444 (what a number) View's good.. but it's a little small.. Then went down to Saraca, somewhere in Yio Chu Kang.. Their terrace houses are quite big.. but the toilet tiles just suck. They're bright yello and green. Wtf.. Then went on down to Spring Hill.. Spring Hill's the best luh.. Dad went down just to take a look at it.. even though he has been there like 5- 10 times... (seriously) He's probably had his eyes set on that one la.. Hope he does then..


Sigh. Pang, one of my best-ter-rest-test NCC Buddy made it through to OCS along with Shifa but came down with some medical problem which rendered his suspension from the course temporarily till his medical review. I mean hello, this guy, even before he enlisted, i already knew he'd be in OCS.. but now it isn't like he flunked or sumthn.. but instead it's from some other really unexpected cause.
You'll make it through dude. And if you feel you can take it. Might as well just go all out eh? I'm sure your friends and i and of course Sam would love to see you at the commissioning parade. Cheer up! Meet up soon!!
