*stares at the monitor*




Gee, this is the first time i'm blogging at home on a Sunday afternoon. I'll usually wait till she starts bugging me for it after dinner over at her place or sumthn.. But she's ill so.. Me, being such a sweetie and all, shall just blog first before heading over to her place. =D


Right, i'm not used to this, blogging without her behind me reminding me how our week went..

Ides of march!... (No, that was last week...) *Sigh..*


Let's just skip straight to Saturday night.
We only met up in the late afternoon that day because of the much awaited NCC Day Dinner held at Orchid Country Club.. (It has been there for the past 2 gezillion years actually) Reason being me, being the attention seeker, had to d-r-i-v-e there even though it's like in Yishun, damn near my place.. And i could only get the car at about 5 when my parents are done with it and She, being the vain pot, had to dress up, put on her make up, blow her hair and all.. =) But hey, at least it's not some wasted effort.. cos you looked GREAT! I bet thousands of guys wudda've loved to have gotten a date like you..

All mine.. *evil laughter* and as far as i'm concerened.. i think you looked the best that night.. like... the 'Dinner Queen' or sumthn..
Samantha was dressed in this black tube dress right? which i bought for her *smug* which feels like some kind of silk.. (i'm not saying it is.. it just feels like it.. i don't even really know how silk feels, at least that's what i think it feels like..) And this belt that went around her waist... which was made up of flowers and all.. it''s actually just like a flower-shaped chain belt... -__-" Forget it.. i'll upload the picture and you'll see for yourself.. She looked fabulous even when she's down with the flu bug and all... I tried giving her all sorts of medicine.. The one the doc gave me when i had nasal problems, Panadol for cold, water, and the sort of medicine that improves your blood circulation... Never heard of it?
It's quite effective luh actually.. it was the only one that worked.. but only for like that short period of time.. Take it more frequently la.. Then it'll be gone for good! =p (I've got more at home, tell me when you want them yah?)

Yup.. short short entry.. gotta hop down to Bukit Panjang now.. Later people... Gotta take care of my Sick bird..

Had my 2nd year Combat Shoot at Nee Soon range thursday. The most f**ked up range i've ever to been to my entire life. Obtaining the marksman score has never been that difficult but not this Combat shoot boy. Apparently the SAF just implemented it recently, thus replacing the ATP (Advance Trainfire package). No big deal you think? Hell.. It is a big deal if the SAF's gonna like award you with another 200 bucks in your bank account. Sheesh! And the big difference is.. This whole Combat shoot is based on team-effort. No longer the usual individual marksman, which means so long as a bobo joins your fireteam. . . . You're gone.
My detail was good though, had a mixture of good and average, no bobo shooters so there was quite a high possibility of us getting it luh. Did pretty well for the Day shoot and just when we were planning on how to get spend our 200 bucks, The night shoot came along. Didn't take us long to realise that it was f**king impossible to see the freaking target at night. Yes the previous ranges had Night shoots but this was different. This was a Night shoot, 100m with a figure 12 target. which is a man in prone posible. (meaning only exposing his head and a little of his upper body) And the lighting totally screwed up so yes. Out of the 2 million guys who went for the shoot (Not really) NONE... N.O.N.E of us got the marksman. (Really) How pathetic. Gah. I'm just ranting. Can't belive 200 bucks just flew away like that. WHY NOT ATP!! Grrr.

Booked out that Thursday Night cos it was my birthday so i got my long weekend, Spent Friday with my girlfriend, Samantha, if you haven't already knew. Accompanied her to This Suntec HR company for some interview cos she applied for a job at some IT fair thingmajic so, it pays well apparently. She passed me my birthday present that day, in this really huge box.. blue box. And there were like lil presents in it and all luh. The box was a little out of the way but i didn't wanna be a brat and open up the presents there and then, throw away the box and get on with it.. So i had it with me all the way till Suntec. And the Company's like at Tower 2, the office buildings, so it's quite secluded cos it ain't the place with the mall and all.. so there she went, into the glass door of the company and there i was outside, at the lift lobby, loitering around with that big box with me. (Note: There wasn't anyone there except for the occasional toilet-go-ers)


I felt like a bloody Jihad terrorist..


But yeah.. after that little half hour of being a suspected terrorist, both of us just headed home, reason being cos the box was REALLY out of the way. But it's sweet too luh, not that i'm saying it's not. She thinks i don't appreciate it. I do! It's just that you can't expect me a fully grown man.. or boy, jumping around going OMG OMG! PRESENTS!! ARH!! and then jump into her arms and smooch her all over isn't it? So it was quite weird, i was happy and excited and all but just didn't know how to... like. express myself. Just like any other guy... So that makes me normal.
My baby's really sweet too, She planned like 2 months ahead of my birthday, what she wanted to get for me, how much it's gonna cost, the cake, the presents, the dinner and everything and she worked towards that goal la. You're sweeeet la... (She keeps forcing me to say that) Sweet la sweeet la sweeeet la.. i just didn't want to boost your ego. Head so big already, swell some more and you're not gonna be able to walk through your house gate.
I kinda spoilt her initial plan la.. but heck.. Her presents were good too. Although she realised she could've just gotten me a big lava lamp for the same price when i told her i liked them. But oh wells.. =)
You'll see on YOUR birthday and you'll know who's the sweeter one.

Headed onto her school for some Musical, Julius Caesar's Ides of March. (No freaking idea what that is) but just went with her la since it was her friends musical and all.. was nodding throughout almost the entire musical.. but that's besides the point. Definately alot of effort put in.. Good show considering the fact that i was yawning and all.. not because they're bad.. but it's just because.. Julius...Caesar.. doesn't really appeal to me luh.. Let's just put it that way..

Saturday, Same thing, spent the entire day with my girlfriend.. Samantha.. (If you haven't already known... nitwit) Caught 'Valient', Not really fantastic.. but still Okay.. not much to say about it though. Tried the 'Stacker' game at Plaza Singapura. How close i come to winning the bloody thing all the time. And their prizes are like, iPod Minis, Discmans, Handphones, (The latest ones) and all sorts of Bling bling. Gah.. How foolish. But i bet i'll go try it again. Damn, an iPod for a buck. Wtf!?

My baby was being sneaky and all.. She went over to town a little earlier than i did cos she had 'things to be done' and i was like.. what? The birthday cake ah? then she's like 'GRAR!! Why do you have to spoil it for me! You don't know anything.. you're oblivious..' And i'll be.. 'Oh.. okay.. i'm oblivious.. i didn't say or hear a thing..'
Little did i know.. =p that bugger had something up her sleeves, was a pleasant surprise luh.. just that i kinda knew what she was planning just before it arrived so it wasn't such a surprise. heh. Had Fish & Co. for dinner, her treat. Fish & Chips were okay, abit too much.. And this gigantic drink, no idea what it was. And as soon as we were done with our meals, She had this really long talk with the waitress and i'm like.. Aren't you suppose to be asking for the bill.. what're you doing? getting her contact no. or sumthn? Then she was like.. 'Want some desserts?' I'm like.. 'Ya... Is she gonna bring out the cake?' =O Hahaha. I'm such a spoiler. Not on purpose though i'm sorry! But thanks luh.
Our tummies were filled to the brim so we gave the last 2 slices of cake to the people sitting around us. =D Such generous people. Can't stand it.

Okay, that's enough for now, i forgot to bring my camp pass over to her place (i'm at her place now) And i've gotta freaking go back and get it.. GRAR! CURSES!!!!

Anyway, thanks baby for the wonderful birthday dinner. Really appreciate it. Appreciate the effort appreciate everything. I'll make yours even better! I'll try to at least. =) I LOVE YOU! (and my mama too) hahaha.

He's in camp having some range so I'll be celebrating his birthday with him on Saturday! Have everything planned & I'm all excited! & I want to blog about what I got you but I can't until after Saturday. :)

BLOG BLOG BLOG LAH! nope.. ARGH!! OK OK. Forced to do my weeklies. (She's like, right beside my ear telling me what happened over the weekend) No idea what she just said cos i can't multi-task. Too much traffic. Oh well.. Sheesh, can't belive she actually remembered all that stuff. Ah oh wells. Main thing is, she wants me to tell the whole world how sweet she is all when i fell ill Thursday night because she surprised me by coming over to my place early Friday morning with food and all for the family with honey water and strepsils for me. Okay lah, very sweet lah. But everyone in the world knows i'm the sweeter one. Try harder! =p Very much appreciated anyways, will give you a pat on the head in abit. Okay yup, Well, spent the entire friday at home watching Man of the House on Dvd, (damn good quality) oh wait, no, i sneaked out of the house actually. Cos i'm suppose to be on Attend C (Military form of an MC) and am supposedly suppose to stay home at all times but hey. i was going out with my parents.. are they gonna stop me from doing that? Huh? Spending quality time with MY family? Ha! guess not. So! went house-hunting. Went to this place called Chuan Ville in Serangoon area. New 3 storey terrace. Nice and big. Quite a good deal actually. Definately one of the top few in my Dad's list. It's new, it's big, it's convenient and it ain't far from all the important places.. like town (for mom & dad), the airport (for sis) and bukit panjang for me. =) Saturday was spent house hunting again, this time in East Coast, Some 2nd hand town-house. (Terrace + Pool and condo facilities) Quite runned down.. quick glimpse and off we went. Parents went to work, i went to catch a movie, Wedding Crashers with my girlfriend Samantha Lim sumthn sumthn at j8. It's quite nice actually. Quite cliche but it still is nice, Especially the story between OwenWilson and the other girl.. what's her name? Rachel Adams. Go catch it. Opens 4th August, In a cinema NEAR YOU! and that's j8 for me.. haha.. *awkward silence* Moving on..

Went home after the show for abit of Willy Wonka. We're like totally into Charlie and the Chocolate Factory now. Johnny Depp's 'You're really weird', His, 'Wowww', his crazy 'Everything here in this room's eatable even I'm eatable.. But you know kids, that's called cannabalism. and it's frown upon in many societies.' o_O?

Sunday, house hunting again.. This time at Simei and boy i'm glad i tagged along. There;s this condopark called 'Savannah' It's like a safari themed condominium luh.. don't even know if it's a condo. prolly like a condo-theme park or sumthn. way cool. From the gate till the junction.. it's greeted with panther statues ready to pounce, and from the junction, there's a waterfall and turtle statues of erm... turtles crawing out of the fall onto the road. Way cool.. it's totally safari. Only bad thing is... it's in simei. It's quite cheap even. But that's only because it's in Simei. So far from town. Oh well. Shall bring my girlfriend over on one of my book out days. Heh. Excited. Alrighty then. Gotta go spend some time with her.. since i'm booking in and all. Sigh.. Another week of doing nothing.. i know.. i'll apply for OFFs! Muah-ha-ha-ha. Okay later..

*kisses the floor upon my feet* AHHHHHHHHH!!! SINGAPORE!!! SINGAPURA!!! ARHH!!!!!!!
Boy am i glad to be back. A little retarded after a month but am still glad to be back.
Geez, that was one of the longest freaking month of my life! Could still remember how reluctant i was about Crescendo. I mean, it's not that bad if you're going there for like.. 2 weeks or so.. But i was there for 2 freaking frames so 2 weeks + 2 weeks equals a month. so there..

Well, to start it all off. Outbound flight TG8184, Thai Airlines (Airways, whichever). Oh, anyway, 8184 came out for starters for one of the days. (It's 4D i'm talking about by the way).. Moving on..

Touched-down at Kamphaesan (how to spell?) Airbase. Well, the weather wasn't exactly what we had expected it to be. It was absolutely terrible! Singapore's bad enough really. But sheesh, we thought it'd be hot and dry, then it wouldn't be as bad since it's not humid and all so you wouldn't sweat as much. But hell, It's exactly the same as Singapore, if not worse. And the heat there's totally unbearable.
After Landing, we were greeted with this bunch of fancy pantsy double deckers with neon lights all over it, didn't take a picture of it though. Was too depressed to do anything.
So! The trip down from the Airbase to Sai Yok Camp was approx 2 hrs +. Reached Sai Yok at probably 6? Just in time to start working... Those smart as*es.

Well, started doing the usual logistic and administrative stuffs before going outfield, Bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, pails & buckets (Because we don't have showerheads there, We've only got a well full of water and the pails are you know, pails! for you to scoop up the water)
First day in Sai Yok was pretty okay, went to the canteen, the only one place we'll be looking forward to in the 29 more days to come. The canteen was cool, as in, if you're to compare it with the ones we have in Singapore. They've got facial, massage, ice cream... very cheap ice cream, salon, gift shops, lan shops, provision shops, and of course food stalls. like, all 5 of them. And they all sell the same stuff. Strange.

The first thing i bought? Pre-paid cards. Muahaha. Why of course! Miss my girlfriend and family and all already. bought like 5 to last me like the next few days. 1 card of 300 credits cost you 300baht. And usually goes for like.. an hour i think. I just find myself going back to the same stall, asking for more and more cards every single day. At the end of the trip? i ended up getting well over 20 cards. 6000 baht. 1 Sing to 25 baht. You do the math. =D But i ain't complaining of course. well worth every penny. =)
The things there are f!^%@ng Cheap la.. a banana split comparable to the one they have in Swensens, goes for $2. And a whole meal, say, Black pepper chicken rice, plus a drink. Will probably cost you less than $2! like what the hell!? haha, never felt so rich before. And the T-shirts and all go damn cheap as well. (I feel like i'm advertising for them) A polo t-shirt with designs in the front and the back.. goes for $4. O_O! WTF!!? And that's like, before bargainning. Haha, my bargainning skills have like gone up 2,000 notches or sumthn. i once got a 1,200 baht item for less than 300 baht. Those bastards.

Enought about that. Well, Erm, The days before outfield were like, wake up, brush teeth, (skipped breakfast cos i've the privilege to.. haha) waited for lunch, went for lunch, to the canteen, back from canteen, life run ( it's a must by the way as according to the RSM... 'We've to climatise ourselves to the heat over here' he says.) For dinner, back to the canteen, back from canteen, last parade, sleep. Boring.
I must admit that i was a little happy about going outfield and all actually. i mean, If i'm going outfield, means that we're getting what we came here for underway, so it's like, closer to going home that kind of thing. You've gotta psycho yourself there sometimes or you'll probably just pull a stunt there or sumthen and hope you get sent back to Singapore... and get charged.
Outfield was 11 days, with a 2 day break at this Khao Meng Field camp. The place's terrible. Like if Sai Yok's a Five star. That'll be a kampong, or some sort. Don't be surprised to see people taking their Entrenching tool running around digging holes and taking dumps. Cos the bleeding toilet's bloody choked! WITH SHIT!

Anyways, with the outfield done and all, We had another exercise to go go.. Exercise Rolling Thunder. Some stupid division exercise, like, a damn big scale one. which lasted 6 days. After that was done, We had a few days of rest before our 'Educational-tour'. yes, US... Army Boys, going for EDUCATIONAL TOURS, to the ZOOO and all... Look at how the PAP's treating us..
I'm skipping a hell lot of things, Have got so much to write!! (Cos' my girlfriend's bugging me)

Oh yes, If you think Thailand.. is full of gays? trannies and all? Think again...
THEY'RE ALLLLL GAYS AND TRANNIES. Or they're just probably too much in touch with the feminine side. The guys there have got broken wrist and give out a loud shrill when they drop sumthn like 'EEK!!!". MY GOD! EVEN MY GIRLFRIEND'S NOT LIKE THAT! And gosh. there's this Really big Shim.. (he's a guy, but wears a skirt, make up and ties up HIS hair, i'm just disgusted so i'm just gonna call him 'it') It, (that thing) will just like, sit there at his food stall calling out to guys sitting around the table going 'COME COME!! EAT FOOD!!!' Then we're like 'Yeah bitch can't you see we're ALREADY eating..' ok, that's just mean. But it's damn disgusting la. And worse, There's this totally normal looking guy, also working at the same food stall, probably under the influence of that thing.. (it's name is 'Jenny' by the way) somehow or rather.. fell for this friend of mine.
It went a little something like, this girl calling out to my friend, asking him over to the stall and all, then saying that someone would like to get to know him and all, then she pointed over to that fag and guess what that fag was doing! HE WAS HIDING HALF OF HIS BODY BEHIND THE WALL AND PEEKING AT MY FRIEND! Gah!! Fag! Go get a room! Masturba.... Bah... They're just... Not..right. Shan't be mean. People'll hate me if i continue.

Let's just skip to my return yeah? Oh yes, i'm blogging only now is because my cpu went kapoot like a few days before my return so my sis sent it to this friend of her boyfriends' to get rid of the problem la. So yes.
I came back on a Friday early morning and have been seeing my girlfriend every single day since then... heh. Just like i said. Spent my entire Friday cuddling up with her. I was in bed that day when she came over, she jumped on top of me and i woke up shocked and all and thought i was dreaming. Cos all i could make out of her face were all only in my head for the past one month.. and she's like finally right smack in front of my face. haha. Beyond words

Anyhows, we both Had lots of plans luh but it didn't quite make it cos.. of some miscommunication i guess. We were suppose to head down to Tioman over this weekend for a lil tanning and beach-ing luh. But her dad somehow changed his mind last minute so it's called off! But it doesn't really matter babe, like i said, it's not like there ain't time in the future for us to head down to Tioman and all...
And since Tioman's a No-go. We're just gonna hafta settle for Sentosa.. -.- Not funny. It's better than nothing luh.
Went shopping for Bikinis, bought this black dress for her for the upcoming Ncc Day Dinner, what else? We watched 'The Island' and 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' Both fantastic shows. The Island's Totally Minority reporty la.. and Willy Wonka's just funny. Johnny Depp's just such a superb actor. He's just made for this kinda of screen characters la, Willy Wonka, the fella in Pirates and all..

Okay, this entry's long enough.. i'm lazy! Anyways, Baby! i told ya we'd last Thailand. One month's not enough to tear us apart! but it's enough to make us go crazy but yes.. still not enough to tear us apart. Too strong! muahaha (Mushy-alert) *smooch smooch* I don't look like that COSPLAY GUY LA!! (totally random) Muahaha.. i wanna maple with you! gonna wake you up.. muahaha.. love of my life!
